Live Painting
The Los Angeles LGBT Center and LA Black Pride founders commissioned Devin to create a live mural marking the one-year anniversary of the LA All Black Lives Matter March. The event drew over 200 people and received local news coverage.
Devin took the spotlight as the featured talent at the LA industry event "Form.Less." Painting for an audience of over 100, which included notable names like Kaytranada and George Maple, Devin brought a new, fresh, and immersive art experience to the evening.
Devin teamed up with Actor and Recording Artist Algee Smith for a digital live-stream experience. Hundreds tuned in to watch as Algee and Devin discussed their experiences as artists of color. During this intimate exchange, Devin painted a portrait of Algee in real time for all to witness.
